Fresh Tomato Salsa

Make this easy salsa with your favorite fresh ingredients.Just chop the veggies, mix, and allow to sit for 15 minutes or so before serving. Start with a little jalapeño and add more to your desired heat level.
1 large heirloom tomato cored and diced (about 1 cup) ¼ c onion white, red, or sweet, finely diced ½ cup sweet pepper any color finely diced ¼ to 1 whole jalapeño pepper minced Handful of chopped cilantro Juice of 1 lime ½ t cumin ½ t smoked paprika Salt to taste
Chop and dice everything, put in a bowl, and stir in the lime juice and seasonings. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
Allow flavors to meld for 15 minutes or so. Serve with tortilla chips.
