Let’s just get that out there. Salsa with breakfast, salsa with lunch, salsa for snacks, salsa with brunch, salsa for dinner, salsa that’s cooked, salsa that’s fresh,..I love them all best.
You weren’t ready for me to pitch you a little salsa free verse, were you? But when you’re inspired, you’re inspired.
I have two categories of salsas on this page: fresh and cooked. While I love the taste and texture of fresh-made salsas, I also love the convenience of pulling a jar of salsa out of the pantry any time I want it. So I include both, and have included a tutorial on water bath canning for any who want to try canning salsa which is pretty easy and totally safe (because salsa is acidic).
