The idea behind a bowl is simple: start with a grain such as rice, add a protein, like beans or veggie meat (or real meat if you eat), add veggies, a sauce, more veggies, maybe a dressing, and you have a delicious meal in a bowl. 

The flavor combinations are endless. Make Asain sauces and dressings, Mexican sauces and dressings, or just use lime juice and olive oil or drizzle with a balsamic reduction.
