A whole section of my website devoted to salad recipes..? Why, yes! And it is going to have so many, I hardly know where to start.

A salad at my house is rarely the predictable dinner salad thrown together so there is something crunchy on the plate. Nope. Very often, the salad is the main event. From greens and veggies dressed in lime and olive oil to pasta salads, potato salads, fresh salmon and tuna salads, to egg salads and eggs in salads, to roasted vegetable salads, and vegetable carpaccios, not to mention slaws and antipastos…stay tuned for a great collection of salad ideas for you to try and to play around with.
